Chief Pilot
The Chief Pilot is responsible for overseeing all flight operations and pilot standards at Orbit Virtual Airlines. This role ensures that all pilots operate in accordance with company procedures, training standards, and safety policies.
The Chief Pilot manages pilot progression, evaluates performance, supports training staff, and serves as the primary point of contact between pilots and senior management. They uphold professionalism, operational realism, and consistency across the fleet while fostering a positive and supportive pilot community.
Training Manager
San Francisco, CA
The Training Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining all training programs at Orbit Virtual Airlines. This role ensures that pilots receive structured, accurate, and up-to-date training across all aircraft fleets and operational procedures.
The Training Manager oversees training materials, checkrides, evaluations, and instructor coordination while working closely with the Chief Pilot to maintain high training and safety standards. They ensure consistency, realism, and quality throughout the training pipeline while supporting pilot growth and progres
IT/Systems Manager
The IT / Systems Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all technical systems at Orbit Virtual Airlines. This role oversees the airline’s digital infrastructure, including ACARS systems, websites, databases, Discord bots, and operational tools.
They ensure system reliability, security, and smooth integration between platforms while supporting staff and pilots with technical issues. The IT / Systems Manager works closely with leadership to implement new features, maintain system performance, and support the continued growth of Orbit Virtual Airlines.
